The Transnational Perspective

Development Partnership will in the establishment phase thoroughly explore the possibilities to connect to other projects like this one –the ones already implemented and the ones newly started.
All the participants have their own contacts with organizations in other countries –in as well as outside Europe. They are involved in international cooperation to various degrees.
The Development Partnership aims at sustainable development in the areas of integration and diversity in working life. The intention is to generate chain effects influencing the bigger systems that each of the organizations in Development Partnership is a part of.
The project, the method and the process development, will be continuously evaluated so that knowledge and experiences can be made available and attractive also in other sections of society.
